Low Carb French Fry Alternatives

French Fry Alternatives

Nowadays everyone is eating “low carb”. To be honest, most of the time, I am as well. But, if put a french fry in front of me, it’s over. Am I the only one? I decided to go on a mission to find the best low carb french fry alternative. Don’t worry, no one was harmed in this experiment. Except for me that is… I cut myself with the mandolin. LOL

About Me

Hi everyone! If you're new here my name is Christina. I am a 35 year old mother of 2 beautiful boys, Ayden and Bryce. I've been married to my highschool sweetheart, Noelby, for 10 years and we have built a beautiful life together. I lost my mother to COVID-19 on April, 24th, 2020. The reason I mention this is because I feel that this traumatic experience has changed me and shaped who I have become. I don't think I'm particularly special, but I did graduate from culinary school and will be sharing delicious recipes as well as lightened up versions, as I am currently on a very long health and weightloss journey. THANKS FOR BEING HERE AND BE WELL!
