  • Total Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 1/2 lbs Chicken Wings (cut into sections)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 6 Cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated finely)
  • Parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Clean chicken wings with lemon juice, rinse with water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken in the air fryer at 450 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to turn chicken periodically so that it cooks evenly.
  4. While the chicken cooks begin the sauce. Melt butter in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
  5. Add the oil and garlic and cook for approximately 3 minutes until garlic becomes fragrant but not brown.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the parmesan cheese.

  8. Serve hot!
